Build Smart
Building a new home is a great thing, a celebration, and a huge opportunity. Never before has a house had so much potential to be much more then ever. At CarCo Design we constantly research and critique new building technologies and engineer new methods. We understand the benefits of PEX piping, smart thermostats, Halo smoke alarm systems, air purifiers, and many more solution systems. We work with our clients to use the opportunity of building new to also upgrade their living environments. If we may offer any advice to someone building a new home it is to work with a builder who understands new technology. It is 2017 and we still see homes being constructed as they where in the 1980’s. Once the home is built it is extremely costly to try and make it smart after the fact.
Additions

Additions are fun and exciting. Additions give the homeowner the chance to carry the unique style and character of the existing home or to take this opportunity to completely transform the home into something new. Whether adding 120 square feet for a Master Suite walk in closet or a 1200 square foot nursery for the grandchildren when they visit, we know what it takes to mend the parts together seamlessly.
Remodeling
Time to freshen up.
Construction is intrusive and messy. “You must break some eggs to create an omelette” as said by a now retired employee. Some contractors are better at precise construction then others though and at CarCo we strive to make remodels not only as beautiful as imagined but also as painless as possible. A major remodel may impact your living environment for many months and having a contractor who understands cleanliness, project management, and manners matters. We deliver a beautiful project and respect your home and you in the process.
